Job description
Implementing and driving Project Management techniques across the department ensuring that the portfolio of projects is delivered within budget and timescale. Continual monitoring and assessing the performance of the projects and support continuous improvement. Employ stakeholder management through client/supplier liaison and cooperation within Gattaca Projects and the wider Matchtech group.
In this role, you will be accountable for:
Delivering Excellence:
➢ Deliver cost effective solutions to maximise NFI whilst adhering to project processes
➢ Stakeholder management (through client, supplier, and internal liaison).
➢ Participate in negotiations and develop client and subcontractor relationships.
➢ Maintain effective working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
➢ Support the Gattaca Solutions Sales Team and promote Gattaca Projects and its offerings.
➢ Develop the Gattaca Projects brand to support existing and future clients.
➢ Plan, manage and report on budgets, schedule and progress following industry best practice
➢ Ensure compliance throughout all of Gattaca Projects clients and operations.
Support External Delivery:
Support on all client activity including:
➢ Providing relevant timelines and potential budget plans
➢ All milestones are known and documented
➢ Understanding and advising on all client requirements and expectations
➢ Identifying and discussing all risks and constraints
➢ Develop and maintain long-lasting customer relationship at all levels.
The detail To succeed in this role, your time should be split as follows…
➢ Approximately 80% of your time will be spent managing, supporting, and delivering projects. You will support growing and managing successful teams of engineers/project managers to hit their own personal objectives by ensuring each employee has effective support, performance management and development opportunities enabling each to maximise their effort.
➢ The remaining 20% of your time will be spent supporting and managing client relationships and developing new opportunities for yourself and the wider team. You should excel in working with clients and being able to facilitate the development of Projects within the SoW arena.
