Job description
Our client, a prominent entity in the Defence & Security sector, is currently looking for a IT Support Aministrator to join their team on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive IT support with a focus on security-sensitive information
- Handling administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
- Offering excellent customer service and communication to internal stakeholders
- Ensuring IT systems and procedures comply with security protocols
- Assisting in maintaining and updating security-related documentation and systems
- Collaborating with team members to address security concerns and implement solutions
- Proactively starting and managing tasks to ensure timely project completion
Job Requirements:
- Solid experience in an IT support role, particularly within a security-sensitive environment
- Excellent IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office and security systems
- Understanding of security systems and protocols
- Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
- SC Clearance is mandatory
- Defence or submarine industry experience is highly desirable

- CISM / CISA / CISSP/ qualifications. (Desirable)
Additional Information:
- Hybrid working model - 2 days on-site (Monday and Tuesday)
- The candidate must be UK Eyes Only due to secutity restrictions.
