This role offers a unique opportunity to influence and drive sales within a critical industry, with a focus on building strong client relationships and securing new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with government clients and major defence primes
- Develop business opportunities with system integrators and shipyards
- Oversee new business acquisition and capture key programmes
- Manage complex sales processes effectively
- Provide account management support as needed depending on territory
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrable track record of sales success or strong potential in a similar role
- Understanding of naval programmes and the maritime defence environment
- Experience in shipbuilding programmes and defence acquisition cycles
- Proficiency in managing complex sales processes
- Ideally based within 1-1.5 hours of the office location, though location flexibility is considered
