Our client, a leading specialist in the Defence and Security sector, is currently seeking a highly skilled and driven Regional Sales Director - Naval to join their team on a permanent basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence and drive sales within a critical industry, with a focus on building strong client relationships and securing new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with government clients and major defence primes
  • Develop business opportunities with system integrators and shipyards
  • Oversee new business acquisition and capture key programmes
  • Manage complex sales processes effectively
  • Provide account management support as needed depending on territory

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrable track record of sales success or strong potential in a similar role
  • Understanding of naval programmes and the maritime defence environment
  • Experience in shipbuilding programmes and defence acquisition cycles
  • Proficiency in managing complex sales processes
  • Ideally based within 1-1.5 hours of the office location, though location flexibility is considered
