Site Agent - Structures Highways Team (3-6 Month Contract)

Duration: 3-6 Months
We are looking for an experienced Site Agent to join a highways structures team on a 3-6 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring programme delivery, and maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Agent on highways and structures projects.
- Strong understanding of NEC contracts and programme management.
- Experience managing subcontractors, labour, and site resources.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Excellent stakeholder and client communication skills.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred.
- Highways and major infrastructure experience advantageous.
