Your Responsibilities:

Drawing upon your industry proficiency, your role may encompass:

Strategic Innovation Leadership: Lead multifaceted innovation endeavours, from deciphering customer demands to devising novel solutions (emerging technologies and architecting innovative business models). Collaborate closely with senior corporate executives to deliver transformative outcomes.

Business Development Support: Foster robust relationships with high-level customer stakeholders, ensuring favourable outcomes and fostering long-term partnerships. Instrumental in bringing in business from your current network.

Expansion of Client Base: Spearhead sales initiatives, represent the company at conferences, and contribute to proposal development for prospective projects, leveraging your industry network to drive business growth.

Candidate Requirements:

Ideal candidates will possess specialized expertise in strategy, innovation, design, engineering, or related domains, with a track record in consulting or corporate environments. A fervent dedication to driving impactful innovation, coupled with proactive problem-solving skills and stellar communication abilities, is essential.

Position Details:

This role requires on-site presence in Cambridgeshire for three days a week.
