Job description

Position: HSE Advisor
Location: Central London
Type: Full-Time

The Role:

As an HSEQ advisor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Head of HSEQ. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the planning, management of all HSEQ matters.
• Providing clear and competent compliance advice and support to employees and project teams.
• Reporting directly to the Senior HSEQ Advisor.
• Serving as a primary point of contact for HSEQ compliance and performance issues within the company.
• Travelling to multiple M&E/MEP construction sites to maintain HSEQ standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of HSEQ policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular HSEQ audits and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure HSEQ standards are met.
• Prepare and present HSEQ performance reports.
• Facilitate HSEQ training sessions for staff.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HSEQ in an M&E Construction Environment.
• A strong understanding of HSEQ regulations and compliance.
• Professional HSEQ Qualifications such as NEBOSH Construction working towards CMIOSH, MIIRSM, MIEMA
• Site access qualifications such as ECS/CSCS or PTS
