Job description

This is an opportunity for a welding supervisor to join one of the largest privately owned construction firms in the UK, working on a gas pipeline diversion project.

The welding supervisor should have a welding background within the gas transmission and distribution sector and must be currently registered as a Competent Person (CP) with SGN.

• Project Info: Gas diversion, HDD, 180mm PE piping, a combination of butt welding and electrofusion welding
• Location: Waddesdon, Aylesbury
• Duration: Initially 5 months with the intention of an additional 6 months of work on a similar project on another site in Aylesbury.
• Pay Status: Inside IR35, CIS only.
• Hours: 8.5 hours per day Mon - Saturday (plus half hour unpaid lunch). Saturday hours will be paid at a premium rate x1.5.
