The Opportunity
We're recruiting experienced Welders to join BAE Systems in Barrow-in-Furness, supporting the building of the latest generation of submarines across the Astute and Dreadnought programmes.
You'll be working as part of a specialist team contributing to some of the UK's most complex and high-profile defence projects, with attractive rates available for both local and commuting candidates.

Pay Rates - Local (under 39 miles from Barrow), PAYE
Standard: £20.10/hr (£23.02 inc. hol) | 3 on/4 off: £24.12/hr (£27.65 inc. hol) | Nights: £26.73/hr (£30.62 inc. hol) OT Weekday/Sat: £32.65/hr inc. hol | OT Sunday: £43.54/hr inc. hol
Pay Rates - Non-local (39+ miles from Barrow), PAYE
Standard: £28.10/hr (£32.19 inc. hol) | 3 on/4 off: £32.12/hr (£36.79 inc. hol) | Nights: £34.73/hr (£39.78 inc. hol) OT Weekday/Sat: £32.65/hr inc. hol | OT Sunday: £43.54/hr inc. hol
