Site Manager - Civil Engineering / Pipelines (Contract)
Location: Worcestershire (projects within ~1 hour radius)
Start: Early July
Contract: Ongoing
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to support upcoming civil engineering and pipeline works based in Worcestershire, with sites located within approximately a one-hour radius.
This is an ongoing contract opportunity with a reputable contractor delivering infrastructure and utilities projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations
- Managing subcontractors and site teams
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and compliance
- Reporting on progress and resolving site issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering and/or pipeline or Water projects
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
- Full UK driving licence
