Our client, a leader in the automotive education sector, is currently seeking a dedicated Automotive Technical Trainer to join their team in Milton Keynes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a blend of hands-on workshop training, classroom sessions, virtual classrooms, and live broadcasts
- Develop and update learning content, including new-model launch training
- Attend brand and factory events, including product launches and factory accreditation programmes
- Inspire technicians of all experience levels to be the best in the industry
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as defined by line management
Job Requirements:
- Experience in teaching or training within the automotive sector
- A passion for the automotive industry and a desire to share that passion with others
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire learners
- Proactive and able to manage own time effectively
- Commitment to continuous personal development
- Ability to commute to Milton Keynes daily
- Experience with commercial or light commercial vehicles is desirable
