Electrical Construction Manager - Data Centre Project (Skellefteå, Sweden)

We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially minded Electrical Construction Manager to oversee a large-scale data centre project in Skellefteå, Sweden. This is a critical leadership role responsible for driving project performance, ensuring rigorous quality standards, and managing site operations to deliver complex electrical systems on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
As the Electrical Construction Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for on-site electrical delivery. Your duties will include:
Project Delivery: Manage the overall site schedule in conjunction with the wider project team to ensure all milestones are achieved.
Planning & Progress Reporting: Prepare detailed two-week look-ahead schedules and weekly progress storyboards to keep project stakeholders informed.
Quality Assurance: Lead on-site quality assurance processes, working closely with the QA Manager to ensure that all installations meet our high-standard specifications.
Labour Management: Oversee and maintain labour requirements to ensure alignment with the project programme and construction demands.
Stakeholder Engagement: Actively participate in weekly site meetings, project reviews, and planning sessions to drive coordination and project efficiency.
Site Excellence: Ensure that all works are performed to an exceptional standard, maintaining a culture of technical excellence and safety on-site.
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications: A relevant electrical qualification is essential (e.g., City & Guilds, HNC/BTEC, NVQ, or equivalent).
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within a mechanical and electrical (M&E) contracting environment is essential.
Leadership: Proven track record in managing large-scale site teams effectively.
Sector Knowledge: Experience in the data centre sector is highly advantageous.
Skills: Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and lead project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
