Our client is currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join their expanding team in Norwich.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop infrastructure for residential developments, including single dwellings and large housing projects
  • Work on various projects including industrial, health, education, and supermarkets
  • Utilise Causeway FLOW, Civil 3D, Site 3D, CAD, and PDS for project design and development
  • Engage in project management, including client liaison and overseeing project engineers for senior/principal roles
  • Support marketing and business development efforts to drive repeat work
  • Collaborate with the team in Norwich and other locations, ensuring high-quality project delivery
  • Work in a hybrid setup with an informal expectation of approximately three days per week in the office for development and collaboration

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in civil engineering within the highways sector
  • Proficiency in Causeway FLOW and infrastructure design software such as Civil 3D, Site 3D, CAD, and PDS
  • In-depth understanding of residential development projects
  • Strong project management and client liaison skills, particularly for senior/principal roles
  • Ability to support and guide junior engineers and oversee project delivery
  • Experience in flood risk management is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Relevant civil engineering degree or equivalent qualification
