Project Manager
📍 Location: Canary Wharf, London (Mandatory 2 days onsite per week)
💷 Rate: £640 per day (Inside IR35/Umbrella)
📅 Duration: Initial 6-month contract with potential extension
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major transformation programme within a high-profile enterprise environment. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of complex projects, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive successful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and governance controls.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, issues, and budgets, implementing mitigation strategies where required.
- Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations and ensuring transparency.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery standards and efficiency.
- Ensure robust project governance, reporting, and compliance with organisational frameworks.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to project teams while fostering accountability and collaboration.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering complex programmes and projects within large-scale organisations.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, governance, and delivery frameworks.

- PMBOK principles and best practices
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
