💷 Rate: £640 per day (Inside IR35/Umbrella)

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a major transformation programme within a high-profile enterprise environment. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of complex projects, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and governance controls.
  • Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, issues, and budgets, implementing mitigation strategies where required.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations and ensuring transparency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery standards and efficiency.
  • Ensure robust project governance, reporting, and compliance with organisational frameworks.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to project teams while fostering accountability and collaboration.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience delivering complex programmes and projects within large-scale organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, governance, and delivery frameworks.
  • Expertise in:
    • Estimation & Planning
    • Risk Management
    • Scope Management
    • PMBOK principles and best practices
  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
  • Experience driving change and transformation initiatives.
