Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and developing a preventative maintenance programme
  • Leading the predictive maintenance philosophy
  • Identifying and communicating maintenance tasks using multiple data sources
  • Ensuring Technical Dispatch Reliability from an operational and reliability perspective
  • Developing, maintaining, and presenting operational and performance reports
  • Providing technical support and guidance to the Maintrol Team
  • Collaborating with the Safety Service and Air Ops teams on flight data review

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in aircraft maintenance, particularly with Embraer E190 aircraft
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex data
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and data analytics
  • Understanding of CAA/EASA Part-CAMO, Part-M, and Part 145 requirements
  • Ability to hold a full airside pass and travel within the UK and Europe

Experience:

  • CAA Part-66 B1/B2 license or equivalent engineering qualification
  • Type rating on Embraer E190 aircraft or similar technical support experience
  • Knowledge of airline business, regulatory, and operating environments
