Data Centre Experience is Essential
We're hiring an experienced CSA Lead to take ownership of all Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) elements on a major hyperscale data centre build in Finland. You'll lead a large on-site delivery team and drive programme, quality, safety, design coordination and commercial performance from early works through to handover.
Data centre experience is essential for this position.
What you'll be doing
- Lead delivery across civils, structural and architectural workstreams on a hyperscale project.
- Manage a 50+ person project team (discipline leads, package managers, design managers, engineers, supervisors).
- Oversee 20+ subcontractors, with significant CSA package values and multiple concurrent scopes.
- Drive contractor design management and ensure approvals are secured ahead of construction.
- Ensure BIM processes are followed across your subcontract supply chain.
- Own project controls across cost, labour planning, programme reporting, commissioning readiness and performance tracking.
- Implement best-practice reporting, meeting cadence, documentation and delivery routines from day one.
- Maintain strong stakeholder management with client-side and design teams, ensuring delivery against cost / scope / schedule.
- Lead a culture of HSE excellence and consistent behavioural standards across the site team.
- Ensure quality targets are achieved and exceeded.
- Report directly to the Project Director.
What we're looking for
- Degree-qualified in a relevant construction / engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in a senior project leadership role delivering large projects (c. €50m+).
- Proven experience delivering projects from concept through to handover.
- Strong CSA contracting background (main contractor / specialist contractor environment).
- Essential: demonstrable data centre CSA delivery experience (hyperscale / mission critical preferred).
- Confident leading large, multi-discipline teams and managing multiple subcontract packages.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness.
- Solid MS Office capability (Word/Excel).
