Our client, a leading consultancy in the buildings sector, is currently expanding its Building Control division and is seeking experienced Building Control Surveyors across Class 2D, Class 2E, and Class 2F competency levels. This permanent role offers the flexibility of working from any of our client's regional offices across the UK, facilitated by hybrid working arrangements that emphasise autonomy, technical excellence, and wellbeing. Opportunities are available to support a broad range of domestic, commercial, and mixed‑use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting site inspections across a variety of project types
  • Assessing compliance with Building Regulations and associated legislation
  • Providing clear, professional advice to clients, contractors, and design teams
  • Producing accurate inspection reports and maintaining regulatory records
  • Supporting continuous improvement and upholding high technical standards
  • Contributing to a positive team culture and knowledge-sharing environment

Job Requirements:

  • Experience aligned to Class 2D / 2E / 2F competency levels
  • Strong technical understanding of Building Regulations
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage your own workload and work autonomously
  • Commitment to high-quality service delivery and ongoing professional development
