Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing highway design projects, from feasibility studies to detailed design
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement highway infrastructure solutions
- Producing high-quality technical reports and documentation
- Providing expert guidance on transport planning and highway design
- Engaging with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Overseeing project delivery to ensure timely completion within budget
- Mentoring and supporting junior engineers and consultants
- Contributing to business development activities, including bid preparation and client presentations
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience in highway engineering and infrastructure design
- Strong understanding of transport and highway design principles
- Proficiency in using industry-standard design software
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Relevant engineering degree or equivalent qualification
- Chartered Engineer status or working towards Chartered status is preferred
