Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering comprehensive training programmes for the Airbus H135
- Instructing trainees on the T3H or P3H engine maintenance and operations
- Ensuring trainees grasp core competencies and safety protocols
- Evaluating trainee performance and providing constructive feedback
- Updating training materials to reflect the latest industry standards and practices
- Supporting trainees through their learning journeys to achieve certification goals
- Collaborating with the training team to maintain a high standard of instructional quality
Job Requirements:
- Strong experience in B1.3 maintenance
- Proficiency with the Airbus H135, specifically the T3H or P3H engine
- Previous instructional or teaching experience is advantageous but not required, as full instructor/teaching training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information effectively
