Electrician (ECS Gold Card) - Oxford
Location: Oxford
Rate: £28 per hour
Hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm (9 hours paid)
Start: ASAP
Duration: Long-term project through to 2027, with further opportunities across multiple local sites
Payment: UMBRELLA / CIS (No Ltd Company)
The Role
We are looking for an experienced Electrician with a valid ECS Gold Card to join long-term projects in Oxford, working on temporary electrical and power infrastructure across major construction sites.
The role involves installation, maintenance and fault finding on a range of temporary power and site services, including:
- Temporary power distribution systems
- Transformers
- Generators
- Battery storage units
- Site lighting
- Temporary cabins and welfare units
Requirements
- ECS Gold Card
- IPAF licence
- Previous experience working on temporary electrical installations preferred
- Strong knowledge of health and safety on construction sites
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
