A high-growth, consumer-facing e-commerce business is expanding its in-house performance marketing team and is hiring a Paid Media Executive to help drive customer acquisition and revenue, with a strong focus on paid social.
You will work closely with social and paid media leadership, combining creative testing with performance analysis to scale campaigns across multiple channels. This is a great role for someone who enjoys data-led optimisation, fast-paced trading priorities, and getting close to commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:
- Build, launch and manage paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok (Snapchat and Pinterest advantageous)
- Support YouTube Ads activity to drive awareness and consideration
- Partner with social and creative teams to brief, develop and iterate high-performing creative (video, imagery, copy) per platform
- Run daily budget and performance checks against KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC)
- Support a structured testing roadmap across audiences, creatives, placements and landing pages
- Pull insights using platform dashboards and Google Analytics (GA4/GA360) and contribute to weekly/monthly reporting
- Stay up to date with platform changes (Pixel/Conversions API), new ad formats and competitor activity in retail/fashion
Key skills and experience include:
- Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
- Strong numerical and analytical ability with e-commerce metrics (ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, ROI)
- Confident in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, analysis, reporting)
- Familiarity with GA4 (or GA360) and performance tracking
- Strong ad copywriting and a good eye for short-form creative that converts
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in an e-commerce paid media / paid social / digital marketing role preferred (platform capability is key)
