Backup Miner - Pipejacking / Tunnelling

Start Date: 26th October 2026
Finish Date: Approximately 18th January 2027

We are looking for an experienced Backup Miner to join an Active Tunnelling project at Meash Rd 2, starting 26th October and running until approximately 18th January.
Duties will include:
- Supporting the Lead Miner and tunnelling team
- Working on pipejacking operations
- Working within shafts and pits
- Assisting with the installation and movement of pipes and tunnelling equipment
- Supporting general underground mining and tunnelling works
- Following all site health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Backup Miner
- Strong pipejacking experience
- Experience working within shafts and pits
- Previous tunnelling experience
- Relevant site/tunnelling qualifications
- Good understanding of underground working and site safety
- Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a tunnelling team
