Working Supervisor Required - Long-Term Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Supervisor to oversee drainage and civils works across Thames Water projects between Oxford and Reading.
Role Details
- Long-term opportunity
- £27 per hour
- Immediate start available
- Company van provided
- Travelling between multiple sites across the Oxford and Reading area
- Working on clean water and wastewater infrastructure projects
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising site operatives and subcontractors
- Coordinating day-to-day site activities
- Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required standards
- Completing site paperwork and liaising with clients and management
- Remaining hands-on where required to support site teams
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Working Supervisor within water, utilities or civil engineering
- SSSTS or SMSTS preferred
- NRSWA Supervisor beneficial
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and work independently
