Our client, a leading organisation in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to support operations at the WCH Warehouse on a contract basis. The role will focus on accurate inventory management, order fulfilment, stock control and maintaining reliable warehouse records throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating day-to-day warehouse operations within the renewables environment
- Managing inventory levels, stock movements and distribution activities
- Ensuring accurate order fulfilment and timely processing of warehouse requests
- Maintaining detailed inventory records using SAP or a similar ERP system
- Operating a forklift truck safely and efficiently where required
- Supporting health, safety and environmental procedures across the warehouse
- Prioritising multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organisation
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and relevant operational teams
Job Requirements:
- Experience in warehouse management, logistics, inventory control or supply chain operations
- Qualified forklift truck driver with a clean driving licence
- IT literacy, including experience using SAP or a similar ERP system and Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluent English language ability
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new software tools
- GCSEs in English and Maths, or equivalent qualifications
Desirable Skills:
- Previous SAP experience
- Health, safety and environmental experience
- Strong general IT skills
- Passion for sustainability and renewable energy
Contract Details:
This contract role is expected to run from 19 October 2026 until 31 March 2027, supporting the Operations function at the WCH Warehouse.
