Our client is seeking an Engineer for a contract opportunity within the infrastructure and construction sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the delivery of engineering activities across construction and infrastructure projects
- Reviewing technical drawings, specifications and project documentation
- Assisting with site inspections, surveys and the monitoring of works
- Co-ordinating with project managers, site teams, subcontractors and other stakeholders
- Identifying technical issues and contributing to practical engineering solutions
- Maintaining accurate records, reports and project documentation

Job Requirements:
- Experience in an engineering role within construction, civil engineering or infrastructure
- Understanding of engineering principles, technical drawings and project specifications
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to work effectively with site-based and project delivery teams
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent practical experience
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and adapt to changing project requirements
