Our client is seeking a qualified Electrician to join its permanent water industry team in the West Midlands. The role will involve planned preventative maintenance (PPM), electrical installation and servicing work across water and wastewater sites, supported by a company van and fuel card.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
- Completing electrical installation, testing, inspection and repair work
- Diagnosing faults and implementing effective remedial solutions
- Working across water and wastewater sites throughout the West Midlands
- Following health and safety procedures, industry standards and site requirements
- Maintaining accurate service records, inspection reports and job documentation
- Working additional hours when required to support operational and project demands
Job Requirements:
- Qualified Electrician with relevant electrical qualifications
- Experience in electrical maintenance and installation
- Understanding of planned preventative maintenance within an industrial or water environment
- Ability to diagnose electrical faults and complete repairs safely and efficiently
- Good knowledge of electrical health and safety procedures
- Full UK driving licence
- Reliable, adaptable and comfortable working on customer sites
- Willingness to undertake overtime when required
