We're recruiting for a General Operator to support PCB assembly/manufacturing activities on an on-site contract in Bolton.
- Location: Bolton (On-site)
- Duration: 12 months
- Rate: £25.38 p/h Umbrella, rising to £26.70 p/h Umbrella after week 12
- Hours: 37 per week
- Clearance: BPSS required, UK Eyes Only
Responsibilities
- Carry out detailed standard assembly / manufacturing activities in line with defined procedures.
- Complete work to required quality standards, safety requirements, and timescales.
- Support the efficient movement of work and information within the manufacturing area.
- Adhere to agreed standards and behaviours at all times.
- Comply with all health & safety requirements.
Skillset/experience required
- PCB Assembly experience.
- Strong manual dexterity for fine work.
- Ability to read and interpret layouts.
- Able to follow instructions accurately.
- High attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- PC literate.
- Willing to work flexible shift patterns.
- IPC-610 certified/trained (preferred).
