  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Manage project action, risk, and issue trackers.
  • Support project start-up and close-out activities.
  • Produce dashboards, status reports, and management information.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and introduce more efficient ways of working.
  • Support the development of automation and project management best practices.
  • Take ownership of smaller projects as your experience develops.

About You

  • Strong coordination and prioritisation skills.
  • Confident communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong written communication and reporting skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Comfortable working with systems, data, and business processes.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and naturally curious.

Desirable Experience

  • Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Project Support, or PMO role.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and principles.
  • Experience within engineering, technology, R&D, manufacturing, or consultancy environments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Deltek, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with process improvement, workflow automation, resource planning, or project financial tracking.

What's on Offer?

  • Exposure to cutting-edge engineering and technology projects.
  • A collaborative and supportive working environment.
  • Genuine opportunities for professional development and career progression.
  • The chance to shape a newly created role and make a visible impact on project delivery.
