T&I Sub Package Manager - Offshore Wind (Contract)

Location: Dublin preferred (remote working considered with travel as required)

The Opportunity

We are supporting our client in recruiting a T&I Sub Package Manager to support the delivery of a major offshore wind development. This role will take ownership of the Transportation & Installation (T&I) package across Foundations and Wind Turbine Generators (WTG), ensuring safe efficient, and successful project execution.

This position is focused on the Foundations and WTG installation scope and does not include cable installation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Transportation & Installation package for Foundations and WTG installation activities.
• Coordinate and manage interfaces between contractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
• Support package planning, execution, risk mitigation and delivery activities.
• Monitor contractor performance, programme adherence and key project milestones.
• Ensure safe delivery in line with project, industry and regulatory requirements.
• Drive effective stakeholder engagement across internal and external project teams.

Requirements

We are keen to speak with professionals who have:

• Proven experience managing T&I packages within offshore wind projects
• Strong background in offshore foundation installation activities
• Experience supporting or managing WTG installation scopes
• Contractor, supplier and stakeholder management experience
• Package delivery and interface management expertise
• Ability to operate within a fast-paced project environment and manage multiple work streams
