We're partnering with a leading rail organisation to recruit a Commercial Manager to support the delivery of a major digital signalling programme.
You'll oversee complex, high-value procurement's, provide commercial governance across a large portfolio, and lead engagement with senior industry stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
- Experience leading complex procurement's in a regulated or public-sector environment.
- Strong programme or portfolio commercial management background.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
Desirable
- Rail sector procurement or commercial experience.
- Knowledge of ETCS, rolling stock modifications, or the UK rail regulatory environment.
