Our client is seeking an experienced Telecoms Project Manager to support the delivery of telecommunications and structured cabling projects within data centre environments across London, Frankfurt and Athens. This permanent role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality technical projects spanning telecommunications, fibre optics, civil engineering and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, schematics and design documentation
- Develop and manage accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) in line with project requirements
- Maintain redline drawings and track design revisions and changes throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist with the preparation and compilation of Operations and Maintenance (O&M) manuals
- Manage the submittal process, including preparing technical documentation, tracking approvals and maintaining submission logs
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors and design teams to maintain project alignment
- Ensure project deliverables meet required quality, compliance and timeline standards
- Support effective document control across telecoms and data centre projects
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telecoms Project Manager within telecommunications and data centre projects
- Strong understanding of telecoms infrastructure, structured cabling and data centre systems
- Knowledge of fibre optics and telecommunications construction environments
- Experience reviewing technical drawings, specifications and schematics
- Demonstrated ability to create, manage and review Bills of Materials
- Familiarity with BIM and CAD processes and project deliverables
- Experience with as-built documentation and O&M manuals
- Strong knowledge of technical submittals, approval workflows and document control
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organisational skills
- Full right to work in the EU, as work permits and visa sponsorship cannot be provided
