Joining their craftsmanship legacy they are currently seeking talented individuals to join us as Deck Fitters (Mechanical Fitters), contributing to its diverse product range.
Deck Fitters are tasked with assembling intricate components such as flybridges, spa tubs, and wetbars, showcasing expertise in mechanical fitting and a keen eye for detail.
Key Skills Required
- Previous experience in mechanical fitting is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using hand drills and saws, with the ability to drill and tap accurately.
- Strong understanding of dimensions and precision in measurement and leveling.
- Proficient in basic carpentry techniques, including scribing sheet materials.
- Familiarity with a variety of adhesives and sealants.

Work Schedule:
Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:30
Night Shift: Monday-Thursday, 18:00-04:00 Weekend overtime opportunities available
Pay Rates effective from the 4th March 2024:
£14.00p/h PAYE (Semi-Skilled)
£15.05-£16.05p/h PAYE (Skilled)
£20.06p/h - £21.40p/h PAYE - Nights
