Job description

This is an ongoing contract opportunity, offering long-term work in the marine industry. You will be working on the site of a luxury boat builder, contributing to the construction of high-end vessels.
The standard shift pattern for this role is 4pm - 4am, Monday to Thursday, totalling 48 hours per week. Overtime is also available on Fridays and Saturdays, which will be paid at double time. This position offers competitive rates of pay, dependent on experience, ranging from £22 to £24.50 per hour (LTD, Umbrella or PAYE). There is also the opportunity for a rate increase after a successful 3-month probation period.

Duties and Experience

• Installation of C&C'ed teak panels using a vacuum process
• Performing scribing for final fitting
• Caulking and detailing to a high specification finish
• Experience in vacuum bagging is preferred, but not essential as training can be provided
