Supervisor - NRSWA (Thames Water Main Renewal)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to join a key Thames Water main renewal project based in Tottenham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hands-on Supervisor with a strong background in utilities and street works to join a growing team delivering essential infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising day-to-day site operations on water main renewal projects
- Managing and coordinating direct labour and subcontract teams
- Ensuring all works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to programme
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and compliance
- Liaising with clients, site teams, and stakeholders
- Completing site documentation and reporting as required
Requirements:
- NRSWA Supervisor accreditation (essential)
- SSSTS or SMSTS (essential)
- Proven experience working on Thames Water projects, specifically main renewal
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations within utilities
- Ability to manage multiple teams and activities on site
