As a recruiter entering the renewable energy sector, I specialise in hiring Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers to support a diverse range of clients, including Developers, Engineering Consultancies, Offshore Wind Design Consultancies, Turbine OEMs, Foundation & Offshore Structure Designers, Cable & Electrical Engineering firms, and Research & Technology Organisations. Although new to recruitment, I bring a strong educational background with an MBA and a BSc in Psychology, alongside experience in the healthcare and education sectors.
