With 17 years of experience in recruitment, I specialise in the Defence & Security sector, focusing on skills across the engineering and technology spectrum. I work with a diverse array of clients, from Tier 1 organisations to high-growth startups, systems integrators, and consultancies within the UK. Coming from an armed forces family, with my father having served in the Royal Navy, and as a father of two daughters, I am particularly passionate about supporting veterans and promoting gender diversity within the industry.
