With nearly 15 years of experience at Matchtech, I have built a successful career in technical recruitment, working across multiple industries including General Engineering, Utilities, and Mobility. Throughout my career, I have managed multi-million-pound accounts, led teams of up to 30 delivery consultants, and developed a strong specialism in managed client solutions within the Automotive, Marine, and Aerospace sectors. Currently, I lead a team of six delivery consultants, overseeing both blue- and white-collar recruitment, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. I am passionate about developing junior consultants into fully independent recruiters, helping them achieve long-term success in placements and contributing to overall business growth.
