I've been working at Matchtech for over seven years. I specialise in blue-collar recruitment across the automotive, aerospace, and marine industries. Most of the roles I work on are hands-on and technical – things like assembly and stores, mechanical fitters, skilled painters, and mechanical technicians. I’ve built up a strong network across the mobility sector, working with OEMs, suppliers, and engineering companies to find the right people quickly and reliably. I like making the recruitment process smooth and straightforward – for both clients and candidates – and pride myself on being responsive, honest, and easy to work with.
