Maddie Fletcher

With 13 years’ experience recruiting across the UK’s safety-critical, track civils and permanent way sectors, I specialise in placing PTS Trackmen, PTS Groundworkers, Site Wardens, COSSs, LXAs, POs, MCs/CCs, PCs and ESs. I support a diverse range of clients, including public sector organisations, Network Rail and SMEs, helping them secure reliable and highly skilled professionals. Having remained in the same role throughout my recruitment career, apart from a brief period working with a client and time away to start a family, I bring valuable industry knowledge, commitment and consistency to my work. I thrive when temporary staffing requirements are at their busiest and enjoy finding effective solutions under pressure. Outside work, I love spending time with my family and friends, particularly my funny and lively daughter, Lennie, and enjoying a good Indian takeaway and a few glasses of rosé.
