Matt Lannen

With five years of recruitment experience, I specialise in cybersecurity and technology, recruiting across the complete spectrum from hands-on engineering, software development, cloud infrastructure and security operations through to Heads of Department and C-suite leaders, including CISOs, CTOs and CIOs. I partner with private and public sector organisations across the UK, supporting early-stage start-ups, high-growth SMEs, large enterprises and leaders across the defence ecosystem, with additional experience recruiting for roles in Europe and the US. Outside of recruitment, I’m passionate about health and fitness, using data to improve my performance in the gym and, more recently, through running. I’m also a father to a four-year-old son and a nine-year-old dog, and have a strong interest in artificial intelligence, creative problem-solving and continuous learning.
