From Idea to Impact.

We launched our Women’s Network in 2022 to uplift women in our business through mentorship, community, and events. The impact spoke volumes and Limitless in Tech was born to take that vision beyond our walls.

What started as a one-to-one effort supporting Holly, a candidate who secured a competitive internship, quickly grew. With our charity partner, The Talent Tap, we’ve since reached groups of 30+ university students at a time turning guidance into a movement.

Igniting Change: Holly’s Story

CV Support

We helped Holly restructure and tailor her CV, to spotlight her strengths and stand out in a competitive and skills-short Technology & Engineering market.

Interview Preparation

We ran mock interviews, offered personalised feedback, and also shared insights into industry-specific questions.

Building Confidence

Beyond practical skills, we supported Holly as mentors and sounding boards, helping her build self-belief.

Impact

With our support, Holly secured a competitive internship.

She invited us to deliver a workshop to over 30 students at the University of Glasgow to share practical career advice and tech insights.

Matchtech gave me my first opportunity to speak at a tech event, where I shared my journey from a technical role into leadership—an experience many in the industry can relate to.
