    • Teach the core principles of Systems Engineering. Reverse engineered content which focuses on producing deliverables, not covering theory: validate & verify, design with safety, analyse, maintain & dispose, communication.

    •  Apply the skills learned by producing a deliverable at every stage of the lifecycle & workshops provide rapid feedback to the beginner Systems Engineer.

Meet LEAP: Our Systems Engineering Development Programme


Systems Engineering faces longstanding skills and diversity shortages which massively impacts our clients’ demand for skills, with 20,000+ open vacancies across the UK in the last year alone. 

We spotted the problem and built a solution. Working with Leonardo, a global security company employing thousands of Systems Engineers across the UK, we developed LEAP (Learn, Earn and Progress) to support fast-track, accessible upskilling into Systems Engineering careers. 

It isn’t just another training programme. It’s unique in its focus and delivery.

Partnering with the School of Systems Engineering and accredited trainers at Innexia, we offer an intensive, 2-year training experience with formal qualifications. We combine hands-on skills, real-world projects and expert mentorship. 

The output? Formally qualified and experienced Systems Engineers and the offer of long-term careers within UK employers.
