Job description
Our client, operating in the water sector, is currently seeking an experienced IRATA Rope Technician (Confined Spaces). This contract role spans over 12 months and is based out of the Burnley Depot with responsibilities covering the United Utilities patch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing rope access work in confined spaces within the water industry
- Ensuring all tasks comply with safety and industry standards
- Conducting inspections, maintenance, and repairs as required
- Collaborating with team members to complete projects within agreed timelines
- Documenting and reporting all work activities accurately
Job Requirements:
- IRATA certification
- Experience working in confined spaces
- Understanding of water industry standards and practices
- Ability to work 50 hours plus per week
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to adhering to health and safety regulations
