Our client, a leading consultancy, is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to take ownership of digital information delivery across various infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary BIM point of contact for clients and stakeholders
- Lead BEP development and EIR/BEP reviews
- Represent the team in workshops and design reviews
- Manage CDE workflows and document control, particularly with Bentley ProjectWise
- Oversee model coordination and federated model management using Autodesk tools such as Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, and ACC
- Ensure ISO 19650 compliance across project teams and supply chains
- Contribute to internal BIM standards and provide guidance to junior staff
- Lead projects independently from inception to handover
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in BIM, particularly within the infrastructure sector (highways, rail, utilities, water)
- Strong grasp of the UK BIM Framework
- Experience managing client relationships and project deliverables with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Autodesk tools (Civil 3D, Revit, Navisworks, ACC)
- Experience with Bentley ProjectWise and Bentley authoring tools
- Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Professional accreditation (ICE, RICS, CIAT, or BIM-specific certification) is desirable but not essential
