Job description

This role offers a long term contract and the opportunity to join a strong delivery team with a growing work bank. As the P-Way Construction Manager you will be expected to:
* Work closely with the project management team and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the budget set.
* Be a leader in promoting the correct behaviours on the project in line with all Health & Safety procedures and requirements
* Have a strong understanding of P-Way works and a proven background in track renewals.
* Have a good understanding of both plain line and switches and crossings (S&C) renewals
* Have a good understanding of track standards and processes
* Work closely with and manage where required any sub-contractors and agency suppliers
* Work with the construction teams in planning all construction works and ensure that all adequate resources including plant, labour and materials are in place.
* Manage processes to ensure all works are delivered on time and budget and deal with any issues that may arise

To be considered for this great opportunity the candidate will need:
* A valid PTS
* SSSTS/SMSTS
* Previous experience of the role on projects or frameworks involving significant p-way renewals and installation
* Have full valid UK drivers license
* Be flexible in location as projects are in multiple locations
