Introduction

• Our client is looking for an Experienced CIL & Affordable Housing Officer to join a busy team on a contract basis.

IR35 status:

• Outside IR35

Pay rates:

• £50 to £53 Per Hour

Job Description

Nottinghamshire

• Remote working & Option to go into office.
• preparing an Affordable Housing and Developer Contributions SPD
• The consultant must have significant experience of preparing, delivering, and reviewing CIL Charging Schedules
• preferably with Examination experience
• a detailed understanding of affordable housing policy is also required.

Working conditions / environment:

• Hybrid/flexible working
• Site visits when required
• Communicating feedback to the general public.
• Ability to fulfil the travel requirements of the role.
• Laptop will be provided.
